Dear Oroville Area School Staff, Parents, Students and Community Members:
Each year the Ross-Harmon Educator of the Year Committee hosts an awards dinner to show our recognition of, and appreciation for, individuals who have provided significant contributions to the education of students in the Oroville City Elementary School District. Oroville Union High School District, Palermo Union School District and Thermalito Union School District. We rely on community members, school staff, and parents to identify those individuals who deserve recognition.
Enclosed is a form you may use to nominate deserving individuals. The categories for nomination are:
Teachers and other certificated staff
Classified Employees
Recognition could be for innovative programs, years of volunteer service, or some other outstanding achievement by an individual who has added to the quality of life of students.
Please take the time to fill out the attached form so that deserving people will receive recognition for their efforts. The deadline for submission of nominations is Friday, March 30, 2018.
