Wi-Fi Provided for use with room rentals.

No WI-FI for Sanford Chapel rental (out of range of WI-FI)

** You must provide your own cookware, dishes, utensils, restroom supplies, and trash bags. **

** Requests for fee waiver or fee reduction has to be in writing to the board of trustees for approval. **

** Individual members can not approve any changes in fees **

**NO ALCOHOL - $500 PENALTY FOR HAVING ALCOHOL ON PROPERTY (RENTEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GUESTS)

***DEPOSIT (OR REMAINDER OF) WILL BE MAILED TO ADDRESS ON USAGE FORM WITHIN 30 DAYS OF EVENT COMPLETION & ANY INCIDENTALS NOTED ON FORMS ARE COVERED***
